Family Support

When someone has an alcohol problem it often causes difficulties for the whole family.  FASS has always recognised this and offered help for people who are affected by another's drinking. 

Our counsellors can provide confidential advice and counselling support for people coping with or trying to help someone who is drinking too much. They help: 

• partners and spouses
• their children
• parents and grandparents
• other concerned relatives or friends

This service is currently available to people aged 16 years and over.

Referrals can also be made by GPs, Social Work and Other Agencies.  (just download the appropriate referrral form)
