How to Refer?

If you are a GP, Social Worker, Employer, Other Agency or wish to refer yourself you can:

• Telephone for an appointment
• complete the appropriate Referral Form and post it to FASS

How much is too much?

If you are concerned, contact us in confidence to receive:

• Information and Advice
• Free, confidential, 1-to-1 counselling with a professional alcohol counsellor

What you can do to help yourself?

• Substitute alcohol with a healthy diet especially plenty of fruit and vegetables
• Drink lots of water or fruit juice
• Monitor your drinking by using the FASS Drink Diary
• Try to establish a regular sleep pattern
• Try to avoid any people or places which encourage you to drink
